In order to make a purchase on our shop follow these steps :
Step 1: Select the item(s) that you wish to purchase on our website https://pawsnmemories.com
Step 2: Complete all required options
Step 3: Click on the button “Preview”
Step 4: Choose the quantity and press the button “ADD TO CART”
Step 5: Fill in your personal data( contact information, shipping address) and apply a discount code (if you have) to complete purchasing.
If the entire procedure is performed correctly, you’ll get a confirmation email with a detailed description.
If an order was placed and processed successfully, an automated order confirmation should have been sent to you via e-mail. Please check your Spam/Junk/Promotion mailbox if you do not see any emails in your primary inbox.
If you still could not find it after checking, we recommend you Contact Us so we may investigate this for you.
To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply follow these steps:
1) Go to your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner of the website.
2) Find the item you want to remove and click on the minus ("-") button next to the quantity field to reduce the quantity. Or you also can click on the (X) button to remove the item.
While we print a portion of our products at our US facilities, we also operating with several fulfillment centers around the world (EU, UK, Australia, and Asia) to offer our shoppers a greater variety of merchandise.

We are sorry to hear you wish to cancel your order. If you'd like to cancel your order, please send us your request via this Contact form including your order number.
If possible, hope you can let us hear about your cancellation reason, we’re always looking for ways to deliver happiness.
NOTE: Your order is only eligible to be canceled within 2 hours after placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
Each order’s shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process. You can review the options and final shipping costs before completing your purchase in the store. The shipping carrier varies by country. The minimum shipping fee will be $5.97 for domestic order, $9.97 for international order.
All products available are made upon order, ensuring each item is printed with care and precision. Our standard production time is 2-7 business days. Please note, during peak season, production may take a bit longer due to increased order volume.
You will be sent a shipment confirmation email once your order is on its way. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check the status of your shipment.
If your tracking number is not working, it may be because the shipping carrier’s system hasn’t updated yet or the package was not scanned right away.Please allow 48-96 hours for your tracking number to update and check again. If after 96 hours you are still experiencing problems, you can contact our support team via Contact Us
If you've received a delivery notification but can't find your package, there's no need for immediate concern. Here's what to do:
- First, check around your residence for any places the delivery could have been placed out of sight or protected from the weather. Look in your mailbox, on your porch, in your garage, or by any exterior doors.
- Sometimes, parcels are delivered separately from your regular mail, so it's worth checking your mailbox again.
- Ask other members of your household if they might have received the package.
- For those in apartment buildings, reach out to your rental office to see if the package was left there, particularly if it's too large for your personal mailbox.
- In some instances, delivery services may mark a package as "Delivered" by mistake before it has actually arrived. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the package to arrive, as this could just be a premature status update.
Payments
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal and Credit card (such as VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS). Therefore you can choose the most suitable one for you.
All products are set in US Dollar, please check the convert rate before completing the order.
If your card was declined, please double-check that your card details are correct, including:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- Security code
- Billing address
There may be several reasons why a transaction does not go through. We recommend checking the following list of possible reasons and reaching out to your credit card issuer/bank for further information.

Regarding Payments:
Should you opt for a direct payment gateway to finalize your purchase, Shopify safeguards your credit card details. Once finalized, this information is promptly deleted.

After-ship Issue(s)
Our apology for the mix-up. It’s a rare occasion that happens once in while due to high seasonal demands.
You don’t need to try to reach out to the right recipient. Just fill out our contact form with a photo of the wrong item and get your replacement sent out asap.
Please check your tracking confirmation email or order packing slip to ensure items are not arriving in separate shipments.
If your missing item was shipped with a different tracking number, it may still be in transit to you. In case there is no other information on the remaining items, please reach out to us here.
We're sorry you received a parcel with damaged/broken/defective items! We pride ourselves on using good-quality packing materials to keep things protected, but we can’t always control what happens in transit. Let us know by contacting our support team via Contact Us with photos of your order and the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label, we’ll do our best to get this sorted for you.
The images displayed on our site serve as a visual guide for the intended design. However, actual products may show minor variations due to the nuances in the printing and production stages. If the variation from the product you received to the image shown is significant and unsatisfactory, please Contact Us so we can address the issue.
Unfortunately, a return is not included in our Replacement and Refund Policy. All the products are made-to-order, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we can offer a free replacement or a refund if the request meets certain criteria:
- Significantly different from the preview shown to you.
- Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
- Wrong item with what you ordered.
- Missing item.
Therefore, feel free to contact us so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible within 30 days from the date you received your package.
We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:
- Items are in different warehouses.
- Different item preparing time.
- Weight limit of custom or courier.
All items are custom printed and shipped from our print locations around the world. In case products from the same order can also be fulfilled in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately. Items that are shipped separately will not be charged for additional shipping. You'll receive a shipping notification for each shipment in your order.
