Crafting Your Tribute
Once you entrust us with your order, a personalized crafting process begins. Our keepsakes require 3-5 business days for creation within the US, with additional time for items meticulously fashioned by our partners in Asia.
Domestic Shipping in the United States
We are delighted to serve our customers across the United States. Post-creation, the following delivery estimates apply:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days for US-made items. Additional time may be needed for keepsakes from our Asia-based artisans.

Tracking Your Order
With each shipped order, a tracking number is provided, enabling you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.
Accurate Shipping Details
Important: Please ensure the shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccuracies provided during checkout.
If an order is in transit and you request the final mile carrier to redirect or forward the parcel, Paws and Memories is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur as a result of the address change.
